The Coaching Plan is our premium offering that blends online learning, AI Role Play scenarios and in person coaching. We encourage our mentees to deep dive into the program. As part of the process, we will set SMARTR goals and review their assessments. We will use the SMARTR goals to develop a customized coaching program, that includes realtime role play and Q&A.
