I have been coaching new leaders for the past 25 years, enabling them to grow confident leadership and communication skills.

For my entire career, I have been in managerial positions mentoring individuals who were interested in becoming better leaders. When I started my career, I was promoted into a management position because I was ''good at my job:' I had no skills, and thought leadership meant telling people what to do and how to do it. I read business books, attended seminars, earned my MBA and worked with a variety of coaches over the years. Every mistake I made (and there were a lot), I learned that Emotional Intelligence was at the heart of my success. Knowing how to unlock this success was transformational and now I want to help others become confident, self-aware leaders.
