If you are not completely satisfied with the Veterinary Team Training Portal for any reason, you may cancel within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund.

After seven days, annual and monthly plans will be prorated on the date of purchase and the date of cancellation. For annual plans, one month free will be null if the plan is canceled before 11 months. For monthly plans, the cancellation will take effect 30 days after the cancellation date.

Please allow at least five (5) days from your cancellation date for your refund to be processed.
